- 1 teaspoon coconut oil
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- ⅓ cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 ripe banana
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.2. Mash banana.3. Mix in coconut.4. Form 6 cookies on a lined sheet.5. Poke center holes.6. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes. Let them cool completely.7. Melt chocolate. (Optional: Add 1 teaspoon of coconut oil to the melted chocolate for easier dipping/drizzling). Dip the bottoms of the cooled cookies in melted chocolate and drizzle some on top.8.
