Prep the yogurt cups
- Open the yogurt cups, leaving the yogurt inside the original containers.
Add the fruit
- Dice fruit into very small pieces if needed. Sprinkle fruit directly on top of the yogurt and gently press it in slightly.
Insert sticks
- Place a popsicle stick into the center of each yogurt cup.
Freeze
- Freeze for 3–4 hours or until completely solid.
Serve
- To eat, peel or cut away the yogurt container, flip upside down, and enjoy.
Notes
Any fresh fruit works great here.
Greek yogurt makes these extra creamy and higher protein.
Let sit at room temperature for 1–2 minutes before peeling for easier removal.
