Yogurt Cup Fruit Ice Pops

A fun and easy frozen snack made right inside yogurt cups using fresh fruit and popsicle sticks. These refreshing fruit ice pops are perfect for hot summer days, after-school snacks, or quick healthy desserts with no special molds needed.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 individual yogurt cups vanilla, strawberry, or plain yogurt
  • ½ cup strawberries diced
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • ½ cup mango diced
  • ½ cup kiwi diced
  • ½ banana sliced
  • Popsicle sticks

  • Popsicle sticks
  • Knife
  • Cutting board
  • Freezer

Method
 

Prep the yogurt cups
  1. Open the yogurt cups, leaving the yogurt inside the original containers.
Add the fruit
  1. Dice fruit into very small pieces if needed. Sprinkle fruit directly on top of the yogurt and gently press it in slightly.
Insert sticks
  1. Place a popsicle stick into the center of each yogurt cup.
Freeze
  1. Freeze for 3–4 hours or until completely solid.
Serve
  1. To eat, peel or cut away the yogurt container, flip upside down, and enjoy.

Notes

Any fresh fruit works great here.
Greek yogurt makes these extra creamy and higher protein.
Let sit at room temperature for 1–2 minutes before peeling for easier removal.
Great activity for kids to make themselves.
