One Pot Creamy Alfredo Spaghettios

Ingredients
  

  • 1 package anellini ring pasta
  • 946 ml beef broth
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ stick butter
  • ½ tablespoon oregano
  • ½ tablespoon smoked paprika
  • 1 cup heavy cream or high-fat milk
  • ½ cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • Garnish with Olive oil drizzle• Chili flakes• Extra parmesan• Fresh parsley or oregano

Method
 

  1. 1. In a pot over medium heat, melt butter with olive oil.
    2. Add the minced garlic and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
    3. Add the anellini pasta, beef broth, oregano, and smoked paprika.
    4. Let simmer, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is al dente.
    5. Add 1 cup heavy cream or milk and stir.
    6. Add the parmesan cheese and mix until creamy.
    7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
    8. Serve and garnish with olive oil, chili flakes, extra parmesan, and herbs.
