No-Bake Tuna Sushi Cups

No bake tuna sushi cups made for real life.Seasoned rice, tuna, and avocado with a quick sriracha, kewpie, and teriyaki drizzle. Comes together fast and works for lunch, snacks, or whenever you need something easy.

Ingredients
  

  • 5 oz tuna
  • 1 splash terriyaki sauce
  • 1 squirt sriracha mayo
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 pinch sesame seeds
  • 1 cup sushi rice
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 green onion

Method
 

  1. Lightly grease or line a muffin tin or use silicone molds.
  2. Add about 2 tablespoons of sushi rice to each cup and press it down firmly to form the base.
  3. Spoon plain canned tuna directly onto the rice base.
  4. Add diced avocado for creaminess.
  5. Drizzle a light zig-zag of Sriracha mayo over the top.
  6. Follow with a second drizzle of Kewpie mayo for richness.
  7. Sprinkle sesame seeds evenly across all cups.
  8. Add green onions for freshness and color.
  9. Finish with a glossy drizzle of teriyaki sauce over everything.
  10. Serve immediately and enjoy.
