- 8 flour tortilla
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- 2 tablespoon sweet pickle relish
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 2 cups shredded cheddar
- ½ tablespoon onion powder
- 1 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- 1 cup dill pickle chips
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- ½ tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 onions, chopped
- 2 tablespoon dill pickle chips
- 1 beefsteak tomato, diced
- ½ tablespoon smoked paprika
- 2 avocados, chopped
- 1 tablespoon avocado oil
- 3 tablespoon dill pickle juice
1. Cook the beefCook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat.Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika.Very important: drain excess grease and set the beef aside.2. Cook the onions in the same skillet, cook the 2 diced onions in a little oil until soft and lightly golden. Set aside.3. Make the sauceMix mayo, ketchup, sweet pickle relish (or chopped pickles), pickle juice, mustard, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Refrigerate until ready to use.4. Prep the panPreheat oven to 400°F (200°C).Grease a sheet pan or baking dish with a neutral oil like avocado oil.5. Lay the tortillasPlace tortillas around the edges of the pan so half hangs over the sides.Place one tortilla in the center to cover the bottom.(About 8 tortillas depending on your pan size.)6. Build the layers-Ground beef-Cheddar cheese slices-Cooked onions-Drizzle Big Mac sauce7. Seal it. Place 1–2 tortillas on top, then fold the side tortillas toward the center.Place a smaller sheet pan on top to press everything together.8. BakeBake 20–25 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.9. Rest and sliceLet it rest a few minutes, flip onto a cutting board, and cut into pieces.10. Garnish Top with: Shredded lettuce, Diced tomatoes Fresh pickle slices, Sliced avocado, Drizzle more Big Mac sauce.Tip: Make sure the beef isn’t greasy and the pan is well oiled so the tortillas don’t get soggy or stick to the pan.
