If your family loves burgers, quesadillas, and crispy cheesy edges… this one is dangerous!
This One Sheet Big Mac Quesadilla has been on repeat at our house lately because it tastes like a homemade Big Mac and a crispy quesadilla combined into one ridiculously easy dinner.
Seasoned beef.
Melty cheese.
Pickles.
Burger sauce.
Crispy tortilla edges.
And the best part?
You make the whole thing on ONE sheet pan.
No standing over the stove flipping quesadillas one at a time.
Just layer everything, fold it up, bake it until golden and crispy, then slice it up like pizza.
Honestly… this is one of those meals that disappears FAST in our house.

The Secret to Making It Crispy
The biggest trick is baking it with another sheet pan on top for part of the cook time.
That helps compress everything together while the tortillas crisp up and the cheese melts perfectly.
Then once you remove the top pan, the outside gets golden brown and crunchy.
That crispy texture is what makes this recipe SO good.
What to Serve With It
We usually dip ours in extra burger sauce and serve it with:
- fries
- salad
- pickles
- chips
- or just eat it straight off the pan standing in the kitchen
You can also throw everything into a wrap with extra sauce if you want more of a burger-wrap vibe.
And trust me…
a little squeeze of lime or lemon over the top is ridiculously good.
